ReplyProof manages your Google Business Profile. That means we handle some of your business data. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name and email address. So we can communicate with you about your account.
• Your business name and location. So we know which Google Business Profile to manage.
• Payment information. Processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Google Business Profile data. Reviews, posts, photos, Q&A, and performance metrics from your profile. This is the data we need to do our job.

How we use it

Everything we collect is used to deliver the service you're paying for: responding to your reviews, publishing posts, uploading photos, monitoring Q&A, and sending you monthly reports. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it for anything other than managing your Google Business Profile and communicating with you about your account.

Google Business Profile access

When you sign up, you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. Manager access lets us respond to reviews, create posts, upload photos, and answer questions. It does not give us ownership of your profile. You stay the owner. You can remove our access at any time.

Third-party services

We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe) and to access your Google Business Profile through Google's platform. Each has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data each service needs to function.

Cookies

We use basic analytics cookies to understand how people use our website. We don't use tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or any of that. If you block cookies entirely, the site works fine.

Data retention

If you cancel your subscription, we keep your data for 90 days in case you want to come back. After 90 days, we delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, email us and we'll take care of it.
