Terms of Service

These terms cover what you can expect from ReplyProof and what we expect from you. We wrote them in plain language because we think that's how it should be done.
What the service is
ReplyProof manages your Google Business Profile for $200 per month. That includes responding to every review, publishing weekly posts, uploading photos, monitoring Q&A, and sending you a monthly performance report.
What we need from you
Two things:
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile. We'll walk you through it. Takes about 2 minutes.
- A completed intake form. This tells us your services, brand voice, and anything we should know before writing on your behalf.
What Manager access means
When you add us as a Manager, we can respond to reviews, create posts, upload photos, and answer questions on your profile. We cannot transfer ownership, delete your profile, or lock you out. You remain the owner and can remove our access at any time.
Billing
ReplyProof costs $200 per month, billed through Stripe. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us.
What happens when you cancel
We remove ourselves as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. Every review response, post, and photo we published stays on your profile. You keep everything. Nothing disappears.
Content ownership
Everything we create for your profile (review responses, posts, photos we upload) belongs to you. We don't retain rights to any content we produce on your behalf.
What we're not responsible for
We manage your Google Business Profile. We don't control Google's algorithms, ranking factors, or platform changes. We can't guarantee specific search rankings or visibility outcomes. What we can guarantee is that your profile will be actively managed, every review will get a response, and your profile will look better than your competitors' neglected ones.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll email you before the changes take effect. We won't bury updates in a changelog and hope you don't notice.
